第3条（ユーザーIDおよびパスワードの管理）

1. ユーザーは，自己の責任において，本サービスのユーザーIDおよびパスワードを適切に管理するものとします。
2. ユーザーは，いかなる場合にも，ユーザーIDおよびパスワードを第三者に譲渡または貸与し，もしくは第三者と共用することはできません。当サイトは，ユーザーIDとパスワードの組み合わせが登録情報と一致してログインされた場合には，そのユーザーIDを登録しているユーザー自身による利用とみなします。
3. ユーザーID及びパスワードが第三者によって使用されたことによって生じた損害は，当サイトに故意又は重大な過失がある場合を除き，当サイトは一切の責任を負わないものとします。

Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)

1. The User shall properly manage his/her user ID and password for the Service at the User’s own responsibility.
2. The user may not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend the user ID and password to a third party, or share them with a third party. When a user logs in with the same combination of user ID and password as the registered information, this site will consider the use of the service to be by the user who has registered the user ID.
3. This site shall not be liable for any damage caused by the use of a user ID and password by a third party, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of this site.

第4条（利用料金および支払方法）

1. ユーザーは，本サービスの有料部分の対価として，当サイトが別途定め，本ウェブサイトに表示する利用料金を，当サイトが指定する方法により支払うものとします。
2. ユーザーが利用料金の支払を遅滞した場合には，ユーザーは年14．6％の割合による遅延損害金を支払うものとします。

Article 4 (Usage Fees and Payment Methods)

1. The User shall pay the fee for the paid portion of the Service in the manner designated by this Site, which is separately determined by this Site and indicated on this Website.
2. In the event that the User delays payment of the usage fee, the User shall pay a late payment penalty at the rate of 14.6% per annum.

第5条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは，本サービスの利用にあたり，以下の行為をしてはなりません。

1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
2. 犯罪行為に関連する行為
3. 本サービスの内容等，本サービスに含まれる著作権，商標権ほか知的財産権を侵害する行為
4. 当サイト，ほかのユーザー，またはその他第三者のサーバーまたはネットワークの機能を破壊したり，妨害したりする行為
5. 本サービスによって得られた情報を商業的に利用する行為
6. 当サイトのサービスの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為
7. 不正アクセスをし，またはこれを試みる行為
8. 他のユーザーに関する個人情報等を収集または蓄積する行為
9. 不正な目的を持って本サービスを利用する行為
10. 本サービスの他のユーザーまたはその他の第三者に不利益，損害，不快感を与える行為
11. 他のユーザーに成りすます行為
12. 当サイトが許諾しない本サービス上での宣伝，広告，勧誘，または営業行為
13. 面識のない異性との出会いを目的とした行為
14. 当サイトのサービスに関連して，反社会的勢力に対して直接または間接に利益を供与する行為
15. その他，当サイトが不適切と判断する行為

Article 5 (Prohibited Matters)

In using the Service, the User shall not engage in any of the following acts

1. Acts that violate laws, ordinances, or public order and morals.
2. Criminal acts.
3. Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in the Service, including but not limited to the contents of the Service.
4. Acts that destroy or interfere with the functionality of the server or network of this site, other users, or other third parties.

6. Acts that may interfere with the operation of this Site’s services.
7. Any act of gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access.
8. Act of collecting or accumulating personal information of other users.
9. Act of using this service for any unauthorized purpose.
10. Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users of this service or other third parties.
11. Impersonating another user.
12. Using this service without the permission of this site, advertisement, solicitation, or business activities on this service that are not authorized by this site.
13. Actions for the purpose of meeting someone of the opposite sex whom the User has never met.
14. Act of providing benefits directly or indirectly to antisocial forces in relation to the services of this site.
15. Other acts that this site deems inappropriate.

第6条（本サービスの提供の停止等）

1. 当サイトは，以下のいずれかの事由があると判断した場合，ユーザーに事前に通知することなく本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができるものとします。
   1. 本サービスにかかるコンピュータシステムの保守点検または更新を行う場合
   2. 地震，落雷，火災，停電または天災などの不可抗力により，本サービスの提供が困難となった場合
   3. コンピュータまたは通信回線等が事故により停止した場合
   4. その他，当サイトが本サービスの提供が困難と判断した場合
2. 当サイトは，本サービスの提供の停止または中断により，ユーザーまたは第三者が被ったいかなる不利益または損害についても，一切の責任を負わないものとします。

Article 6 (Suspension of Provision of the Service, etc.)

   5. 本サービスについて，最終の利用から一定期間利用がない場合
   6. その他，当サイトが本サービスの利用を適当でないと判断した場合
2. 当サイトは，本条に基づき当サイトが行った行為によりユーザーに生じた損害について，一切の責任を負いません。

Article 7 (Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration)

This Site reserves the right to restrict a User’s use of all or part of the Service or terminate the User’s registration as a User without prior notice in any of the following cases.
1. I the User violates any of the provisions of these Terms of Conditions.
2. If any false information is found in the registration information.
3. When there is default in payment of fees and other obligations.
4. When there is no response to communications from this site for a certain period of time.
5. When there is no use of this service for a certain period of time after the last use.

第9条（保証の否認および免責事項）

1. 当サイトは，本サービスに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性，信頼性，正確性，完全性，有効性，特定の目的への適合性，セキュリティなどに関する欠陥，エラーやバグ，権利侵害などを含みます。）がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。
2. 当サイトは，本サービスに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について、当サイトの故意又は重過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。ただし，本サービスに関する当サイトとユーザーとの間の契約（本規約を含みます。）が消費者契約法に定める消費者契約となる場合，この免責規定は適用されません。
3. 前項ただし書に定める場合であっても，当サイトは，当サイトの過失（重過失を除きます。）による債務不履行または不法行為によりユーザーに生じた損害のうち特別な事情から生じた損害（当サイトまたはユーザーが損害発生につき予見し，または予見し得た場合を含みます。）について一切の責任を負いません。また，当サイトの過失（重過失を除きます。）による債務不履行または不法行為によりユーザーに生じた損害の賠償は，ユーザーから当該損害が発生した月に受領した利用料の額を上限とします。
4. 当サイトは，本サービスに関して，ユーザーと他のユーザーまたは第三者との間において生じた取引，連絡または紛争等について一切責任を負いません。

Article 9 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Disclaimer of Liability)

1. This site does not warrant, expressly or impliedly, that the service is free from defects in fact or law (including safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security or other defects, errors or bugs, infringement of rights, etc.).
2. This site shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of this service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of this site. However, this disclaimer does not apply when the contract between the user and this site (including this agreement) is a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act.

In addition, compensation for damages incurred by the user due to default or tort caused by the negligence (excluding gross negligence) of this site shall be limited to the amount of usage fees received from the user for the month in which the relevant damages occurred.
4. This site shall not be liable for any transaction, communication, or dispute between a user and another user or a third party in relation to this service.
